AgentCX Labs has unveiled the Founding Beta of its innovative platform, Agent Builder Studio, which empowers agencies and business process outsourcers (BPOs) to create, brand, and deploy AI agents without needing coding expertise. This prompt-based tool simplifies the development process by allowing users to describe the desired AI agent in straightforward language. The platform then generates a proposed configuration, including the model, knowledge base, actions, and system prompts, which users can review and adjust before implementation.
Functioning as an orchestration layer, AgentCX Labs enables agencies and BPOs to leverage their existing AI infrastructure, offering flexibility over being locked into a single AI provider. The platform seamlessly integrates with various AI model providers, voice and messaging platforms, databases, and knowledge-base services like OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Mistral, Retell, Vapi, and ElevenLabs. Additionally, it offers white-label features such as custom domains, client subaccounts, branding controls, and agency-managed billing, allowing agencies to deliver AI solutions under their own brand.
The first product birthed from Agent Builder Studio is a customizable Web Chat Agent, now available to AgentCX Labs clients. Agencies have the option to tailor the agent’s greeting, branding, and knowledge base before deploying it on a client’s website. The Web Chat Agent includes functionalities like lead capture, human handoff, and optional CRM integration through webhooks. The Founding Beta is further being expanded to support various use cases, including CRM agents, email support, document processing, research and enrichment agents, and Slack-based AI assistants.
According to AgentCX Labs, this new platform aims to assist agencies and BPOs in broadening their AI service capabilities while maintaining control of their existing infrastructure, client relationships, and branding strategies. Currently, Agent Builder Studio is accessible on an invite-only basis as part of the Founding Beta, with the company actively seeking applications from interested agencies and BPOs eager to participate in the program.
